You are solely responsible for protecting the security of your account and confidentiality of your password and identification assigned to you. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. The Site may only be used for lawful purposes. Activities including, but not limited to, tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.

You agree not to use any device, software or routine or data to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activity being conducted on this site. You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, data or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the SFR Site other than the search engine and search agents provided by SFR or generally publicly available browsers.

DELIVERY OF FURNITURE
Please give us at least 5 working days notice to arrange for any delivery.
Our delivery timings are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. There is no delivery on Sunday and public holidays.
Condominiums may have specific delivery time slots. Kindly check with your condominium management for the approved time slot before arranging for delivery. Please notify your condominium management once we have confirmed the delivery date and time.
We will require 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours to deliver a full house (living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms) furniture. Our customer service support will inform you of the time required when the delivery date and time are confirmed.
Protection of Property
Our production team will provide necessary protection of your property during the delivery.

Thank you for choosing SFR. We understand that customers may have different expectations or feel that some furniture may not be suitable after using. We offer a flexible exchange policy to all our customers.
New Furniture Items
For all new furniture items for rental or sales, we provide a 7 days exchange policy with no questions asked. Exchanged item/s should be of same value or lower value. If a higher value furniture item is selected, additional monthly rental charge will be required.
Furniture items to be exchanged should be in original condition as received. SFR reserves the rights to reject the exchange should we feel that the condition is not satisfactory.
Ex-rental Furniture Items (Not New)
7 days exchange policy is not applicable to ex-rental (not new) furniture items. There may be slight dent/scratch marks/stains/defects on these furniture items and discounts have been factored into the monthly rental charge. Contact us at +65 9789 8827 if you have any issues and we will do our best to make necessary arrangements.
Servicing and Maintenance for Rented Furniture Only
During the lease period, should there be any damages to the furniture items due to normal wear and tear, contact us at +65 9789 8827 and we will do our best to repair or exchange for a replacement piece. Please note that the replacement piece may be an ex-rental (not new) furniture item.
