Top 3 Rooms To Stage

Home Staging the entire house is always recommended in order to showcase the best home to your potential buyers. When a house is put up for sale, there are three main rooms that require staging.

1. Living Room

The living room is the first room that your potential buyers will see. Potential buyers will want to ensure they have enough space for themselves as well as their family and friends. Home Staging is one effective way to showcase the amount of living spaces in a house. TIP: always declutter and remove unnecessary decor items, and add on a fresh coat of paint if needed.

2. Dining Area

The dining area should look inviting yet functional and comfortable, to an extent that your potential buyers can see themselves having a meal there. TIP: unless it is a massive dining area meant to hold a large volume of guests, avoid having more than four dining chairs, as this can make the dining area appear cluttered.

3. Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is for sleeping, relaxation and to unwind after a long day at work. The bedroom should be staged to look like a cosy, extravagant hotel room, where your potential buyers can spend every night sleeping in. TIP: use only fresh, clean bedding when staging a bedroom and keep the decorations simple.
