1 – Clean

Having the unit clean is very important. From the living area, bedrooms to even the balcony have to be clean. It is commonly said that you may be able to tolerate your own dirt but not others, so have the unit clean to prevent that from happening to your viewers.
2 – Clutter-Free

Less is always more, we tend to keep many little things lying around the house. Having too many items can make the unit feel cramped. So pack up unnecessary items and keep them out of sight. “Clutter eats equity.” – Barb Schwarz
3 – Colour

It is important to have your walls in a neutral colour as it is widely accepted and also the wall is a backdrop for all the furnishing in the home. Having colours at the “punch” is what you want, that would be the bedspread in a bedroom, towel in a bath and etc.
