Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing SFR. We understand that customers may have different expectations or feel that some furniture may not be suitable after using. We offer a flexible exchange policy to all our customers.

New Furniture Items

For all new furniture items for rental or sales, we provide a 7 days exchange policy with no questions asked. Exchanged item/s should be of same value or lower value. If a higher value furniture item is selected, additional monthly rental charge will be required.

Furniture items to be exchanged should be in original condition as received. SFR reserves the rights to reject the exchange should we feel that the condition is not satisfactory.

Ex-rental Furniture Items (Not New)

7 days exchange policy is not applicable to ex-rental (not new) furniture items. There may be slight dent/scratch marks/stains/defects on these furniture items and discounts have been factored into the monthly rental charge. Contact us at +65 6759 1021 if you have any issues and we will do our best to make necessary arrangements.

Servicing and Maintenance for Rented Furniture Only

During the lease period, should there be any damages to the furniture items due to normal wear and tear, contact us at +65 6759 1021 and we will do our best to repair or exchange for a replacement piece. Please note that the replacement piece may be an ex-rental (not new) furniture item.
